Permabond® Adhesive Alternatives from Incure

Running Permabond® UV, cyanoacrylate or epoxy grades and need a qualified second source? Incure covers the same three chemistry families — UV/LED acrylics, instant CAs and engineering epoxies — with dual-region manufacturing and transparent budgetary pricing.

Scope note, stated plainly. Anaerobic threadlockers and retaining compounds are a Permabond® speciality that Incure does not currently manufacture. If your BOM mixes anaerobics with UV, CA or epoxy grades, Incure can second-source the latter three and will say exactly which line items it cannot cover.

How the evaluation works

The seven-step conversion process applies: submit the Permabond® product number, receive the closest candidates with database values, evaluate with samples at recommended settings, and qualify on your own evidence using the comparison-report format. Incumbent values come from Permabond's current published TDS — never estimated.

Technical data sheets. Download the TDS (PDF) for Incure grades referenced on this page: Cyro-Weld™ 5002F. TDS and SDS for all other grades — including custom-viscosity versions — are supplied with the evaluation package: request an assessment.

Incure figures are database values for the referenced Incure grades (viscosity in cP, temperature in °C, strength in PSI); they are not measurements of, or claims about, any Permabond LLC product. Candidate suitability is always subject to application validation on your parts and process.
